Who Let The Creatures Out? Pet Costume Contest 2017

Join us for the 3rd annual Who Let The Creatures Out Pet Costume Contest on October 6th, 2017 at 6:30 pm.

Registration will start at 6 pm near Premier Loving Care pet grooming – just east of the Circle on Washington Street.  This year we will again be participating as part of the First Friday event in Shelbyville!

We will have some special visitors at this event plus we will have some silent auction items to bid on!  There will be judges present and prizes awarded!  All of the proceeds will go to the Shelbyville Animal Shelter!  Come and share in the fun!

Categories for the Dog Costume Contest are:

Scariest
Funniest
Cutest
Most Creative
Most Realistic

Bring your dog-in-costume or please send in a picture of your dressed-up cat (you can email it, or Facebook it on our event page or bring it to the event) We will have a billboard of dressed up felines for voting at the contest (the public will pick the cat(s) winner, but we will have a PARADE for the canines!

Pet Owners must bring their pets on a leash for everyone’s safety.

What’s the cost?  it’s just $5* to register!

IF IT RAINS WE WILL STILL HAVE THE CONTEST INSIDE – so come on down to the Who Let The Creatures Out Pet Costume Contest during First Friday in October for the 4 legged kids and the 2 legged ones too!! .

*your $5 donation registers your dog in one category – we ask a $2 donation for each additional category you would like to be judged in.
