Join us for the 4th Annual Who Let the Creatures Out Pet Costume Contest! We will be holding this downtown Shelbyville, Indiana in front of City Hall – in the event of rain the event will be moved to an inside location tba.
This year’s categories are…Cutest, Funniest, Scariest, Most Original and Dachshund Deluxe – yes a special category for the doxies! We had so many doxies last year we decided to give them their own category this year!
